In the business world, this is the mantra, please remember"CUSTOMERS ARE GODS". I was involved in various automobile customer research surveys ranging from Scooters to High end luxury cars. But one thing what i saw in common is customer is customer, Whether he buys a pen or plane his expectations are the same.
